Academic

Hifz Academy and its team of professional educators pledge to provide their students with the best possible academic curricula. 

The curricula we provide must adhere to, at minimum, the standards set in the Florida Sunshine State Standards for each grade level. We provide our students with academic instruction in the following academic subjects: Math, Science, Language Art/English, Social Studies/History, Arabic, Qur'an, Islamic Studies and Physical Education. Additional elective coursework can also be taken online through Florida Virtual School (FLVS) via eLearning or through dual enrollment classes offered by our community college partner at Hillsborough Community College. 

Our parents can expect to find a Course Syllabus for each subject posted on our parent portal. These Syllabi will include, but not limited to, the topics to be covered, any scheduled tests and projects, teacher expectations, grade distribution and or rubrics as needed.

All our Textbooks/Programs used in each subject area are approved by the Florida Department of Education.
