Assalamu Alaikum

Please click here on this link 2024-2025 Tuition & Fees a detailed explanation of tuition and fees or request a print-out of the Tuition & Fees Matrix from the Registrar’s office.

Hifz Academy fees are non-refundable. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month or any portion thereof, and a late fee of $35 will be charged for payments received after the 5th of the month. Please note that for students transferring in, the tuition for the 1st month of enrollment will be based on when they start: Students beginning between the 1st & the 15th of the month will be required to pay a full month’s tuition; students beginning on or after the 16th of the month will pay for only half the month.

Parents will need to activate their FACTS account and choose a payment plan according to the FACTS payment plan requirement.

Families who would like to use a scholarship (SUFS/FES/AAA etc.) to pay a portion of their tuition must submit a copy of the award letter to the registrar's office for processing. Parents are responsible for the balance due after scholarship is applied. Keep in mind that the scholarship amount awarded is subject to change by distributing agency, which is beyond our control. Parents must be aware that any and all balances beyond what the scholarship pays will be the responsibility of the family. All tuition and fee will be invoiced via FACTS tuition and be charged to the account on file.

It is the parents’ responsibility to ensure that they apply for new scholarship and renew previously awarded scholarship in a timely manner to secure funding. Some scholarship may require additional documents, so parents are encouraged to keep abreast with email communication and follow through until the scholarship is awarded. Once approved, parents are responsible to provide a copy of the award letter for each enrolled child to the registrar's office for processing.
